Creating New Workshops
Artist may create a new workshop idea and submit it to ARtsTEach for approval. Workshops must be consistent with a designated grade level K through secondary and be able to match them to the TEKS requirements. ARtsTEach workshops represent a full range of disciplines including: Cultural, Dance, Literary, Music, Theatre and Visual Arts. Workshop requirements are one or two hours in length.
Workshop Supplies and Artist Fee
ARtsTEach pays each artist for each hour of workshop provided, artist will provide all supplies and materials needed for such workshops and ARtsTEach will agree to pay the artist for those supplies on a linear basis a mutually agreed amount.
How to Submit A New Workshop
You will need to sign up to become an ARtsTEach artist. After we activate your listing, you will be able to submit your new workshop ideas by either submitting them on the contact page or by contacting the ARtsTEach coordinator at 210-226-2891.
Existing Workshops
Each artist is the "owner" of their listed workshops and the only way to lead an existing workshop is to receive permission from the artist in writing. |
