The folk dances of Spain will introduce your students to the regional dances of the villages of Spain not associated with the aristocracy or formal dances of the courts or ballets of Spain. These are soft-shoe dances and can be danced with a partner or in large groups. Dances might include La Jota Aragonesa, Valenciano, Galicia and some basque dances.
