70% of the overall budget goes directly to production related expenses.

Ticket revenue accounts for 61% of the budget. This percentage exceeds
the national average of 40-50% for not for profit presenting organizations.

Average annual audience attendance is 100,000 people during 60 days
of performances.

The educational outreach program provides a variety of hands-on activities;
master classes, live performances, opportunities for participation
in theatrical productions for students of various economic levels,
ages and ethnic backgrounds.

Shakespeare in the Schools is performed in 26 middle
and senior high schools. This fifty minute production reaches 6,000
students.

The Board of Directors of ARTS San Antonio provides solid volunteer
leadership and reflects the cultural and socio-economic diversity
of the city.

Since 1992 ARTS San Antonio has presented over 100 different productions
for the citizens of San Antonio including theater, dance, opera,
classical music, contemporary music and ethnic performances.
